Dynamic Sitemap Admin is capable of creating sitemap files for static websites and database-driven dynamic websites.
You select your database, add your dynamic pages along with the database fields to use in the URL, and click Generate. Dynamic Sitemap Admin will create a Sitemap Index, and all of the compressed (GZip) sitemap files according to current specifications in the directory of your choosing.
